Welcome to Lechette Farm, LLC

Located in Roxboro, North Carolina, we are committed to providing quality hay, creating memorable farm experiences, and maintaining a welcoming place for our neighbors and community to enjoy.

From our self-serve hay operation to seasonal activities and family events, we strive to keep things simple and genuine. Whether you're looking for hay for your livestock, bringing the family out for a hayride and pumpkin patch, we're glad you're here.

Our Hay — Small Bales, Big Convenience

One of the things that makes Lechette Farm unique is our focus on miniature hay bales.

We understand that not every customer needs or wants a large, heavy square  or round bale. Our smaller bales are designed to be easy to pick up, load, transport, store, and feed, making them particularly convenient for small farms, hobby farms, backyard livestock owners, niche agricultural businesses, and customers who only need a manageable amount of hay at a time.

Our hay operation is also a work in progress—and we're proud of that.

We are continually learning, refining our practices, and working to improve the quality of every cutting. With each harvest, we're looking for ways to produce better hay and improve consistency.

At this stage, our hay is best suited for small livestock and niche agricultural uses. We want to be upfront with our customers: our current hay should not be considered horse-quality hay, and we do not market it as such. Hay quality can vary based on weather, growing conditions, cutting, curing, and other factors.

Our goal is simple: make every cutting better than the one before it.

As our farm events and hay operation continue to grow, so will our experience, equipment, and commitment to producing a consistently better product.

Whether you're picking up a few miniature bales of hay or visiting us for a seasonal event, thank you for being part of the journey.
